Rather than organising our team around individual programmes, our staff structure is built around the core functions the organisation needs to operate responsibly, deliver its mission and maintain the infrastructure behind its work.
Together, the team works across organisational leadership, delivery, finance and operations, youth participation, engagement, campaigns and systems influence, youth development learning and communications.
